Paul and Melanie Strack Collection
Scope and Contents
The majority of the Paul and Melanie Strack Collection focuses on the formation of a nonprofit organization called the Miami Indian Alliance of Miami Indians.
Also included in the collection are materials related to an archaeological excavation done at the Ehler Site, which was an early 19th century Miami Indian Habitation site in Indiana.
A report with some historical data about Fort Wayne, Indiana, and the surrounding area is included in this collection as well.

Biography
Paul Strack is an Enrolled Member of the Miami Tribe of Oklahoma, a Federally Recognized Tribe. He and his wife Melanie are the parents of three and grandparents of four, making their home in Northeast Indiana.
