Travel Diary Belonging to Miss Gray, 1859-09 - 1859-10
Scope and Contents
This collection is comprised of two diaries. The first diary’s author is Miss Gray. She described her travel through the Midwest with stops in Chicago, Wisconsin, Minnesota, St. Louis, and Kentucky in September through October 1859.
The second diary is another travel diary. Louisa Stone kept this diary in 1842-1843 during her travels from Wiscasset, Maine to Nacoochee, Georgia.
